I am really sorry, to hear about your dad's health status..
Hi and welcome to HCM..
I thank you for posting your query..

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases and don't worry I will solve all your queries.
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

Lymphoma is a cancer, you might be knowing it.
And it needs chemotherapy..

Please note the following things, I will analyze your each concern..

1. Lymphoma as I said, is a malignancy and needs chemotherapy, basically it affects that lymph nodes.
Largely divided into, Hodgkins and Non Hodgkins.

2. Hypoechoic mass in inguinal region suggests nothing but, again lymphoma in inguinal group of lymph nodes.
So that's nothing new.
See, basically lymphoma can involve various lymph nodes, like cervical, axilla, inguinal etc.

3. Anechoic paravesical thing is also a lymph node.

4. So all In all, he needs chemotherapy.
And with this, all his lymph node engagement will be resolved, but a bad Frank news is that, lymphoma is a bad disease without cure.
We can only keep it under check..

Hope you have understood this... Take care and God bless you and your father..
In case you need any further information, please let me know. I'll help you out.
